You need to stop putting your address at the bottom of sites you’ve built

With recent update announcements to Google search, in particular the penalties for guest blogging the wrong way all those agencies who have somehow got away with back linking every site they have made with the ever so tacky ‘site by’ link in the footer will also soon be finding themselves sliding down the page ranking.

If you’re from this world of agency ego who has their url in the base of potentially thousands of sites with unrelated content - unlucky suckers, you’re about to find yourself swirling down the toilet bowl.

There is a tendency for women to belittle their achievements, but as an institution, it’s our job to seek them out.
